Hermanuspietersfontein Boerdery is a Biodiversity and Wine Initiative (BWI) Champion Farm, nestled in the mountainous valley area close to Stanford and the Atlantic Ocean. The farm produces a variety of wines, and is also a haven for a variety of local flora and fauna.
Hermanuspietersfontein Boerdery has been a member of BWI since 2007. Their goal is to limit the loss of threatened natural habitat, and promote sustainable wine production through biodiversity-friendly farming practices.
