Cheetah Outreach is a conservation organisation that aims to ensure the long-term survival of the South African cheetah and its ecosystem, through a multi-disciplined and integrated conservation programme of research and education.
Cheetah Outreach is an educational effort that brings the cheetah to the people, where the great cats may be seen and touched. The programme raises an awareness of these endangered animals and their threatened ecosystems as well as promoting livestock management techniques incorporating non-lethal predator control.
Cheetah Outreach offers presentations, environmental resources and workshops to schools within the Western Cape Province and collaborates with other research and conservation institutions internationally to help ensure the survival of this African predator.
