Welcome to #Beyond2014
This is the first phase of Design + Cape, the official communication platform for World Design Capital 2014 (WDC2014) legacy activities.
In the short term, CCDI will keep you informed on the progress with the many design-related projects that formed part of the WDC2014 year. And over time CCDI see the Design + Cape newsletter serving as a platform for design thinking and innovation, showcasing how businesses and the public sector are beginning to use design processes to transform our region.
Design + Cape is co-ordinated by the Cape Craft and Design Institute (CCDI) as the driver of the Western Cape Design Strategy. Design + Cape is delivered in partnership with the City of Cape Town, Western Cape Government, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town Design Network, Creative Cape Town, and WESGRO.
