Meet a  cooperative of 14 Western Cape Upcycle Designers

A cooperative of 14 Western Cape Upcycle Designers using a variety of junk items to create Artworks and Decor, is easing the landfill burden.

The collective of 14 work under the brand name of Too Good To Waste.  The group was established in 2012 with the support of the DTI and curated by Eva Ploder with funding from the German Government.

2014 SAICE Regional Award for Technical Excellence in Civil Engineering

Blaauwberg and Potsdam Roads Integrated Rapid Transit (IRT) Project.

The MyCiTi infrastructure along Blaauwberg and Potsdam Roads wins Award.

The South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE) last week presented the Regional Transport Engineering Divisional Project Award to the the Blaauwberg and Potsdam Roads Integrated Rapid Transit (IRT) Project. This achievement follows a string of other awards recognising the excellence of the MyCiTi service.
