Astronomy Outreach at V&A Waterfront

At the V&A Waterfront’s Pierhead, you can observe the Sun, the Moon and other heavenly bodies.

On Saturday, 17 October between 3pm and 9.30pm at the V&A Waterfront’s Pierhead, you can observe the Sun, the Moon and other heavenly bodies through an array of telescopes provided by the Cape Centre of the Astronomical Society of Southern Africa.

The Cape Centre of the Astronomical Society of Southern Africa has a proud history of providing an environment where enthusiasts can share their interest in astronomy. 

See the Sun, the Moon and the Stars as you have never seen them before.  Learn more about the Heavens from the Cape Centre of the Astronomical Society of Southern Africa and view the skies for free through their array of telescopes.
